The characteristics of machine 

  •  The main components of machine tool and head frame etc. are in frame structure and have high rigidity and anti-vibration performance.
  •  The guide rail pair of the machine tool is quenched with super-sound frequency and has highly durable precision. 
  •  High performance digital control is applied and the machine can cut crescent grooves in any rotational direction and any lifting angles automatically.
  •  The machine can freely mark equal graduations or blanks, cut the manufacturer’s specification code and grade tag automatically (can engrave 26 English letters and numeric 0-9.
  •  Special cutting knives are used for high-speed cutting and formation in one motion. The machine has a processing efficiency 40% higher than that of traditional crescent groove processing. The rollers processed are in high quality and it is guaranteed that the reinforcement steel is in GB1499-1998 standard dimension and high precision.
